Application of Great Love-based Minute Management in Colleges

摘要：

Education is itself a cause of love, therefore, the management in colleges should be based on the Great Love concept and be human-oriented. The minute management based on the Great Love concept is one of the scientific management forms in colleges. To implement minute management, some misunderstandings should be dispelled, and the relationships between the carrying forward of great love spirit and strict management, scientific management and human-oriented management, management and service, should be handled properly.
