With the People Olympics Idea, Promote the Reforming of Physical Education of Universities and Colleges in Henan Province

摘要：

With Beijing People Olympics idea, highlighting people-oriented to popularize the Olympic spirit, this paper, based on the health status of the physical fitness of students and school physical education problems in Henan Province, briefly discusses that the PE teaching reform should be centered on students personal education, personality education, and cultivating them the significance and method of enterprise.
