University Management in Perspective of Entropy theory

摘要：

This study presents an analysis for university management by using entropy theory and its views, which includes the fundamental internal factors and external environment affecting university effective management. The analysis suggests that superior efficiency and effectiveness in university management is achieved by designing a university management system. The system is open, out of equilibrium, and attained by introducing negative entropy, enhancing top managements entropy concept, the synergy and manage in low entropy based on the viewpoint of entropy theory. The result denotes that it is an effective approach to attain the high efficiency in management and promote university harmony management.
