The Researches on the Higher Education Innovation Mechanism

摘要：

The establishment of the higher education development operational mechanism, which adapts to the both knowledge economy and market economy, can provide the full safeguard for the Chinese higher educations pursing the world advanced level. Therefore, the university need establish a series of the mechanisms for using the innovational talent such as, the management mechanism to adapt to the knowledge economy and market economy, the perfect training disposition mechanism of teachers, the perfect competition mechanism, and the scientific mechanism for the education appraisal in order to arousing the teachers and students creative enthusiasm fully to guarantee stably the developing healthily and the higher education.
