The Elementary Research on the Target System of University Knowledge Management

摘要：

From a strategic perspective, University Knowledge Management shows as an effective union of targets and methods, and explicit targets are the starting point and destination of the implementation of knowledge management. Based on previous studies and combined with Bartons core competency model of organizations, this article built University Knowledge Management target system framework, and conducted an in-depth discussion.
