Strategy of the Sustainable Development of Universities:Characteristic Development

摘要：

To answer the challenges coming from the global advanced education, and to meet the requirements presented by the government and society, universities have to develop their own characteristics. With the progress of economical globalization, Chinese universities are challenged by the increasingly fierce competition and restructuring of the global market. This article proposes methods for the universities to develop their own characteristics. Universities have to focus its available resource on viable developmental models, in order to satisfy the requirements of regional economical development and sustain their own development.
