Analysis on Institution Change of Higher Education from the Perspective of New Institutional Economics
The institution change of higher education in china is force-derivative, government-led and top-down. As far as the force-derivative institution change is concerned, the inertia of centralized management of higher education is its premise, and the public products attribute of the higher education institutions is its foundation, while the communitybased value of higher education is the strengthening factor. The force-derivative institution change also has its own defects. Therefore demand-derivative institution change is necessary for the institution change of higher education in the future.
