Evaluation on Regional Technology Innovation Capacity of Higher Education Institutions

摘要：

Technology innovation is the main dynamic of regional economic growth and sustainable development. In the respect of personnel and funding input scale in technology innovation, the higher education institutions can hardly match enterprises. However, their abundant fundamental scientific researches have laid a solid groundwork for enterprises technology innovation. Consequently, the technology innovation in higher education institutions acts as a key factor for economic enhancement. In order to understand more clearly the differences of the technology innovation capacities of higher education institutions in various regions of China, we set up an evaluation indicator system and adopt factor analysis method and statistics of 2007 to do empirical study on technology innovation capacities of higher education institutions in 31 regions of China.
