Research on Measures of Promoting School-Enterprise Cooperating Innovation

摘要：

This paper analyzes the contribution of schoolenterprise cooperating innovation on the competitiveness of enterprises and colleges, and lodges the measure system of promoting schoolenterprise cooperation on the basis of integrated perspective of scholars at home and abroad. This article holds that the state should establish the core status of school-enterprise cooperating innovation in national innovation strategy, integrate the policies of science, technology and education, formulate and implement the policies, strategies and plans of school-enterprise cooperating innovation and technology transfer and so on.
