Study on the Actuality and Measures of the Reform on the Tertiary Physical Education Management System

摘要：

This thesis, on the basis of the literature review and the summary of the practice, involves the analysis on the problems occurred in the reform on the tertiary physical education management system, such as the problems in managing organizations at various levels and the responsibilities of divided labors, probes dialectically on the reasons for the problems, and provides the corresponding measures for settling the problems.
