Teaching Administration Reform on Cultivating Innovative Talents

Cultivating innovative talents is a new challenge and requirement for higher education. In order to meet it, such things have to be done as changing education concepts, carrying out further cultivation model, only to realize the reforms on teaching contents, curriculum system and teaching methods. The paper discussed the important effect of teaching administration reform on innovative talents cultivation from three aspects: changing education concepts, reforming teaching administration system, and administration institutions. Meanwhile, some measures were put forward for teaching administration reform.
