Improving Evaluation System and Enhancing Teaching Quality

With the rapid development of high education, the problem of teaching quality in high school has been a focus problem nowadays. In recent decades, public demand for improve teaching quality has brought increased emphasis on teacher evaluation. As an important segment to enhance teaching quality, teacher evaluation has played an active and effective role. However, there still have been some dissatisfied places in the current evaluation system. The characteristic of the evaluation system has been analyzed and some improve measures have been put forward in the paper. In fact, fair and friendly evaluation lead to a better teaching quality and both teacher and student can be the benefactor through the teacher evaluation process.
