Constructing Multi-mode Dynamic Talent-cultivation Mode for Communications Engineering

摘要：

To meet the needs of creative education, the mode reformation of communication talent cultivation has been a key problem. In this paper, the deficiencies of the current talent cultivation mode is analyzed firstly; then a multi-mode dynamic talent-cultivation model is presented, combing our school curriculum for communications engineering major with the problems in the process of creative education. Some considers and practices in setting specialty curricula are introduced.
