Study on Postgraduate Cultivating Mode Based on the Tutor System
With the rapid development of postgraduate education, postgraduate cultivating mode base on the tutor system has been a key issue in recent years. First, it analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of current mode for postgraduate cultivation. Then, it studies the tutor system-based cultivating mode which includes the composing principle and manner of members in the tutor system, implementation process of cultivating mode, and guarantee mechanism of cultivation quality. By the above analysis and discussion, it hopes to provide an overview and reference for improving the postgraduate cultivating mode.
