Research on the Training Mode of Engineering Management Professionals in Independent Colleges

摘要：

With the process of Chinas popularization of higher education, the traditional education models have been challenged: How to form new conceptions of talent, education and education quality and how to establish new education models to meet the publics needs are problems requiring immediate solution faced by local colleges. Through analyzing the major problems of training mode of engineering management professionals in Independent Colleges, this paper gave the measures and advices that the independent colleges should improve the training mode of engineering management application-oriented professionals in the manners of teaching teams, training targets, teaching methods and laboratories building.
