A Research on the Training Mode for Innovative Talents Majored in Economics and Management in Independent Colleges

摘要：

For implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and pushing forward the coordinated economic and social development, issues related to talents are fundamental, decisive and of overall importance. According to the analysis on the need of economics and management talents, this paper raised clear the quality requirements for economics and management talents training in independent colleges and drought up the training mode for innovative economics and management talents of independent colleges.
