Research on People-oriented Class Teaching Methods of College Japanese

摘要：

This paper, based on students motivation of learning Japanese, from the angle of teaching practice, points out that in the new era, Japanese teachers should get to know students motivations and interests and adhere to the concept of people-oriented and students-centered in class teaching, try to manage all the relationships harmoniously in class with flexible teaching methods to improve the efficiency of college Japanese teaching. So that students are fueled and can make continuous progress. Finally, they will be well-cultivated with the improvement of teaching quality.
