People-centred Theory Applied to Language Laboratory Management

摘要：

A people-centered theory applied to laboratory management including concept, attitude and detail is put forward to deal with the problems hindering language experimental teaching. The origin and influence factors of students poor ability in language experiment teaching are analyzed. Based on the theory, insisting on people-centered is the basic of a good management in college language laboratory. Refined management must be emphasized in equipment and materials management; scientific management must be emphasized in talent training.
