On the Structure and Optimization Strategy of the Universitys Interior Power in China

摘要：

From the perspective of the characteristics of the universitys interior management and its power structure, and in allied to a series of problems resulting from the unbalance between academic power and administrative power currently existing in the Universitys power structure in China, this paper raises the strategy and approach of optimizing the structure of the Universitys interior power through enhancements in the following three respects: the status and function of academic power; coordination and interaction between administrative power and academic power; allocation and exercise of power in middle and lower level.
