Discussion on Construction of the University Art Teaching Quality Control System and its Operation Mechanism

摘要：

Strengthening and improving the management of art teaching quality is an important guarantee to improve the quality of art education. For management of art teaching quality involves many internal and external factors in higher education, we must set guarantee mechanism of art teaching quality which match with the requirement of university; building the scientific and effective management system of art teaching quality is the core and key for promoting the guarantee mechanism of art teaching quality.
