With the rapid development of the market economy, especially china entering WTO, taking good advantage of the opportunity to cooperate with the foreign enterprises are more and more, many large domestic companies have been listed on the stock exchange, the preparation of financial statements is more important for our enterprises in accordance with international accounting standards. At the same time, higher education in our country will be faced with the challenges and competition of the world higher education, which provides an excellent opportunity. It is a severe challenge to our country accounting higher education goals, educational concept, teaching methods, curriculum system, and the teachers and teaching management system.
