Research on the Dynamics Mechanism of Creative City Based on Triple Heliz Model
the triple helix model of universityindustry—government relations constructs a new innovation mode in the knowledge-based economy. In the view of triple helix theory, the dynamics of creative city mainly are: coordinate symbiosis, interactive learning and the creation of triple helix spaces. It investigates that the relations of interaction and cooperation among each actors hasnt been formed yet in the construction of creative city in Beijing. It suggests that the construction of innovation network of university—industry—government relations is desirable in Beijing and the reflexivity of innovation actors should be promoted. Moreover, Beijing should also promote interactive learning and consummate the triple helix spaces.
