Recently the phenomenon of empty nest in graduate class becomes worse and worse because of the pressure for job is very big and the rule for senior class students is not so harsh. According to many years experience of teaching experience, the author analyzed of the reasons of the existence of empty nest phenomenon, According to many years of teaching experience, the author analyzed of the reasons for empty nest phenomenon, and proposed to resolve the corresponding solutions for the phenomenon of the current final-year colleges and universities empty nest. Finally, author draws the own conclusion.
