Researches on High-quality Innovation Talents Training in Colleges

摘要：

As the talents training bases, college shoulders the responsibility for cultivating high-quality innovation talents. Considering the imminence needs for talents with innovation ability and quality, on the basis of analysis of the current college student innovation ability, the author believed that only by cultivating innovation teachers, improving college students ideological and political quality, constructing logical curriculum system, reforming current education ways and examination methods and building innovation education environment, could the high-quality innovation talents following the historical trend be trained in deed.
