The Creative Talent Training Plays an Important Role in Higher Education
With the rapid development of the society, creative talent plays much important role in all the facets of our county. It is of great importance to enhance the creative talent training in the universities. Many developed countries have paid much attention to the study of the education of the creative talent. By analyzing the evolution of disciplinary construction and talent training in our universities, which include the academic setting, teach staff structure, textbooks, course setting and talent training, some advices are presented to enhance the training of creative talent in higher education.
