Teachers Quality and Capacity of Vocational College Facing to Students Recruitment Ezpanding

With the high vocational college-expanding enrollment, the quality of students entrancing into high vocational college is great lower than before. That causes more and more crucial problems in teaching and employment, which requires high vocational colleges teacher to own higher capacity. This paper points out qualities and capacity of high vocational college teachers facing to students recruitment expanding.
