This paper discussed platform constructed, safeguarding foundation and incentive mechanism, and implemented creative thinking, practice and achievement of innovative, the mode has regarded the platform as the carrier, and got hold of the fostering innovation core of science and technology, and constructed innovation atmosphere to improve the quality of personnel training.
