Discussion on Human-oriented Educational Administration Thoughts of Undergraduates
To adapt the economic globalization, the cultural pluralism, and the rapid development of information technology, the educational administration of undergraduates should stick to the human-oriented principle and carefully study the practical problems in students personalized growth, trying to realize the transition from material-oriented to humanoriented management; the administration should also pay close attention to the inherent requirements of students; pursue the integration of emotion and rationality in educational administration; and constantly improve the self-quality of administers.
