On the Psychological Characteristics of University Students in the New Era and the Innovation of Education and Management Models in Universities
Through analyzing the University Students Psychological characteristics in the new era, the author believes that traditional models of student education and management are hard to meet the requirements in new circumstances, based on which the author makes a research and analysis on university education management models in the new era. In addition, the author also actively advocates renovating the education management conceptions, to build up the student-oriented ideology in education management and puts forward some corresponding strategies.
