Thinking of the Training of College Innovative Talents in Terms of Personality Traits of Undergraduates
The innovative talents are the most important factor to the nation. So accelerating the training of innovative talents is a question that needs to be settled urgently for the college education. Good character is the basis of innovative activities as ones behavior and value orientation are influenced by his ideology. The key of training innovative talents is to take full use of undergraduates advantage of personality psychology and guide them to establish the correct values and the spirit of scientific research according to their characteristics of personality, on the basis of which, explore new ideas of talents training, eliminating the restrict of the traditional model of training and education management system.
