The Research on Ideological and Political Education Intrinsic Management Mechanism
The main managements Intrinsic Mechanism of Ideological and Political Educations Effect on individual Political Socialization contains 3 submechanisms: oriented mechanism, transmit mechanism and mould mechanism. Oriented mechanism is the core mechanism; it guarantees the right direction of individual development. Transmit mechanism is important vector of promoting individual political socialization, it promotes students acceptance by imparting knowledge. Mould mechanism is the aim of individual political socialization, it can mould person of free and all-round development or modern personnel. The thress mechanisms explicate system of individual political socialization totally different perspective.
