On Self-efficacy Sense of College English Teachers and Its Cultivation

In the latest years, with the advancement of research on teachers development, the researches on teachers self-efficacy sense have increasingly become a new hot spot. Teachers self-efficacy sense affects education quality. In the time of college English educational reform, college English teachers self-efficacy sense becomes a crucial factor which decides the success of the reform. This article analyzes the influential factors of selfefficacy sense and the significance of raising teachers self-efficacy sense, discusses the current situation college English teachers are confronted with, and proposes some strategies to improve the self-efficacy sense of college English teachers.
