The Ezploration and Study of Automation Specialty Innovative Talents Training Model
In the 21st century, the society puts forward new objectives and requirements to the Automation Specialty technical talents cultivation.It becomes an important task of Automation Specialty experimental teaching system reform to cultivate students innovation capability and the capacity of engineering practice. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of automation professionals cultivation in colleges and universities. It puts forward a talents training model, basing on professional foundation course, with the main content of curriculum design and experiments, with the core of various subject competitions and innovative developing research projects, from a point to a line to a plane respective. Finally, the practice has proved that the training system has made better teaching results.
