Normal Education Should Attach Importance to Students Teaching Competence
The improvement of teaching quality is, to a largest degree, attributed to that of teaching staff. Since normal schools are cradles of teaching staff, this paper would portray main features of normal education, analyze its remarkable problems as well as causes, while put forward feasible countermeasures to improve teaching competence of students in normal schools.
