The Reform of Teaching Management in China Based on the Mode of British Universitys Cultivation of Innovative Talents
It is the core of our development strategies that developing China an innovative country. The Chinese HE has great responsibility on cultivating innovative personnel. Hence, Chinese HE should learn from western countries experiences, break down the restrains of the administrative management system, introduce the idea of student-based, and reform the process, means and quality assessment in existing teaching management, Our target is to establish a mode of teaching management gradually which is more beneficial to training innovative talents.
