Investigation and Analysis on Finance and Economics Specialized Students Innovation Ability Training for Non-specialized Finance and Economics Universities
Nowadays, innovation ability training is very important in college education, it is the basal demand of improving the college students ability of finding a job even carving out. Based on an investigation on innovation education of two key universities in Hebei Province, also with the mature research fruit of this field, this paper systematically analyzes the restrictive factors of improving finance and economics specialized students innovation ability in non-finance and economics universities, then this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of finance and economics specialized students innovation ability, at last, it puts forward several countermeasures in strengthening finance and economics specialized students innovation ability in non-finance and economics universities.
