Study on the Influence of University Teaching Evaluation System to Students Original Capacity

The paper is based on defining the connotation of university students original capability to analyse the main features of original capability and discriminate the difference between original capability ang innovative capability, and then it holds that training students original capability is the eternal theme of higher education. It points out that the current practice of teaching college evaluation system inhibits the training and enhance of students original capability. The paper starts from the existing characteristics of the college evaluation system to analyse the negative effects of current evaluation system for training students. Finally, the paper proposes that college teaching evaluation system should make cultivating the ability of university students as core objective, reconstruct the measures of college teaching evaluation system, should build a set of scientific teaching evaluation system of integrated criteria and sub-level and hold students academic performance evaluation and teaching evaluation together.
