Study on Compound and Applied Talents Training Mode of Civil and Engineering Specialty
Talent market of construction has a fierce competition. Universities have paid high attention to change talent training mode to meet the demands of society. For architectural discipline, civil engineering specialty is a specialty with wide caliber. Scientific orientation is a key to realize healthy, harmonious and sustainable development. Based on the demands of talent quality structure, an idea, including deepening teaching reform, optimizing curriculum system, strengthening practice and running characteristics is provided to meet the demands of society and economy development. Only by doing this, university can train compound and applied talents during the period of variable development and competition.
