Influence of Research Project Graduation Design on Cultivating Innovative Talents
A good way in cultivating creative thinking and practical working ability was given by course design and graduation thesis combined with practical research project. Based on research project, it chooses modeling quality and ability cultivation as target. Four models are put forward, that is.change the role, select the topic seriously to ensure the punctual completion of the graduation project, select reasonable research thought; solve the difficult science problem properly under careful guiding. Graduation project can provide college students with learning environment beneficial to cultivate creative ability. It makes students try their best to exercise their ability of collecting and processing information, acquisition of new knowledge, independent analysis and solution of problem, and solidarity cooperation and taking part in social activity. Therefore, the design quality of graduate students can be improved; the ability of knowledge application also can be enhanced.
