Research on the Cultivation Modes of Innovative Ability in Business Management Teaching
Entrepreneurship is innovation, so business management education has to be focused on teaching students how to be innovative, by making them learning new things, adapting themselves to new situations, and solving new problems. Cultivating students self-study ability, guiding them to form reasonable knowledge structures, implementing threedimensional and heuristic teaching methodologies are all important means of business management teaching. Problem-solving teaching, case study, and experimental teaching that are not teacher-centered all emphasize students learning flexibility and independence, which is favorable to cultivate students initiatives in study and their innovative ability.
