Study on the Employability-based Personnel Training Model of Institutions of Higher Learning?

摘要：

The current employability of Chinese university students is unable to meet the actual needs of the human resources market. In the process of transition of higher education from elite education to mass education, attention should be paid to cultivation of university students employability. On the one hand, we shall incorporate cultivation of employability into classroom teaching; on the other hand, we shall increase the proportion of practical teaching and meanwhile establish a scientific assessment and follow-up mechanism for the employability of university students to form a new personnel training model of institutions of higher learning meeting the needs of Chinas social and economic development.
