Study of Human Resource Management in the University Library Based on Modern Higher Education

摘要：

With the development of higher education, the construction of human resource needs to be enhanced greatly. The library is one of the three pillars in universities. It is more and more important role for the universities to play its functions, which the library has reasonable construction of human resource.Considering times character, from the main problems of university library human resources, the corresponding countermeasures and ideas are discussed in this paper.
