On Innovation of Financial Management in Institutions of Higher Learning
Establishment and development of market economy has injected new vitality to financial management in institutions of higher learning. As capital sources of institutions of higher learning are from many channels and application of funds is pluralistic, traditional mode of management in institutions of higher learning has not fitted in with the needs of the new environment. How to enhance financial management in institutions of higher learning and heighten social efficiency and economic efficiency in running universities? This treatise puts forth to conduct innovation in financial management of institutions of higher learning in aspects of management concept, system, content and method, etc. to fit in with change of environment of new financing and objective needs of development of institutions of higher learning themselves.
