The Application of Indez System in Ezecutive Power
Executive power is an important part of the enterprises competition and it is a key element that decides the enterprise success, therefore enterprise executive power is a hot-spot topic both in theory circle and in practice circle. Many scholars created some full insight ideas and opinions. But what is the essence of enterprise executive power? Especially, how enterprises objectively evaluate their executive power, and how to improve their executive power? These question are stick within theory discuss and qualitative study, therefore it is lack maneuverability to the enterprise. This article focus on these question; provides the essence of enterprise executive power after summarized the research achievement of predecessors; then provides an objective and operable index system on how to evaluate the executive power in order to offer consult to enterprise on exalting executive power.
