Study on English Teachers Professional Development in Universities of Technology in China

摘要：

English teachers working in universities of technology is playing a more and more important role in the reinforcement of teachers group. English teachers are responsible for the heaviest tasks and thus, their professional development arouses peoples attention. The paper aims to propose some strategies for English teachers professional development by analyzing the features of their specialty.
