Successful Ezploration on the College Instructors Team Building under the New Situation

摘要：

The main body of ideological and political education work team for College students are those parties and governmental cadres of colleges, league member cadres, teachers of ideological and political theory and philosophy and social science, instructors and directors of a classes11.Instructors are the most direct and critical organizer and managers in students ideological and political education works, so the instructor-team is the important guarantee and long-term mechanism in strengthening and improving the ideological and political education. This paper discussed some successful exploration on the building of instructor-team in Henan Polytechnic University in the new situation.
