A Study on Similarities and Differences in Work Between University Instructor and Teacher in Charge

摘要：

Based on analyzing the similarities and differences between the university instructor and teacher in charge, this article proposes they should accurately grasp these differences at work in order to effectively carry out the ideological and political education work, instruct the students to carry on the specialized study, help the students plan their profession reasonably, enhance the students to synthesize the quality, train the socialism qualified constructor and the reliable successor.
