The Pre-warning and Management of Human Capital Investment Risk in Chinese Colleges

This paper summarizes the current situation of study on human capital investment and its risk management, and thinks that human capital investment, especially the investment in colleges, is different from ordinary financial investment, and that there is little research on the risk management of human capital investment in colleges. This paper makes a detailed introduction to the content and risk categories of human capital investment in colleges, constructs a risk pre-warning system for that investment in Chinese colleges, and raises corresponding measures to manage the risks.
