A Tentative Study of Merit Pay System in Universities
By analyzing the fourth reform scheme of income distribution system in China and its execution, this paper is aimed at presenting the actualities and deficiencies of the merit pay system in universities, and putting forward innovative measures on how to further improve the merit pay distribution system.
