Consideration about Human Resources Management of Independent Colleges
The establishment of incentive mechanism is one of the core issues of human resources management. With the combination of the inspiration theory and managing practice of independent colleges to establish a set of scientific and efficient incentive mechanism, so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of different kinds of talents and improve managing quality and efficiency. It is the urgent problem for independent colleges to strengthen internal management. Facing the rapid development of higher education and constantly changing education reform of China, under the guidance of specific objectives of human resources management, these aspects should be further improved such as the cultivation of strategic awareness and behavior of human resources management, the establishment of an open human agglomeration mechanism, and the establishment of a scientific incentive mechanism of performance, etc.
